Cancellation Policy

The Beauty Room is a dedicated workspace for makeup artists, hairstylists, and beauty professionals providing services to their clients. To keep the space clean, safe, and running smoothly, please review the following guidelines before booking. Booking & Use -The Beauty Room must be booked as its own rental and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. -Your rental time includes setup, service time, and cleanup. -Arriving late does not extend your rental. -Maximum of 2 people in the room at a time unless approved in advance. Cleanliness Requirements -To avoid cleaning fees, the room must be returned to a clean, professional state: -Throw away applicators, makeup wipes, tissues, lash packaging, wrappers, and hair. -Remove all personal items, product debris, clothing tags, and trash. -Clean up powders, spills, and product residue from surfaces. -Keep all makeup and liquids away from fabric seating and decor. -Do not stain or discolor counters, walls, or furniture. -Hot tools must stay on the provided heat mat at all times. Extra cleaning or reset time will result in a cleaning fee. Hot Tools & Electrical -Only use hot tools on the heat mat. -Turn off and unplug all tools before leaving. -No additional heaters, steamers, or large equipment without approval. Allowed & Not Allowed Allowed: -Makeup services -Hair styling -Grooming -Light prep for photo/video sessions Not Allowed: -Chemical services -Hair dye or bleaching -Aerosol tanning or pigment sprays -Glitter, confetti, powders that create heavy residue -Messy or staining products without approval General Conduct -No food or drinks on glam surfaces. -No loud or disruptive behavior. -No children unless they are the client receiving services. -Respect the room, equipment, and studio environment. Damage -Any damage to mirrors, lighting, countertops, chairs, decor, or electrical outlets will be billed to the renter. Overtime -Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. -Any use of the room beyond the scheduled time will incur overtime fees. -Overtime is not guaranteed and depends on availability. Health & Safety -Please reschedule if you or your client is sick. -The studio may refuse access for safety or sanitation concerns. After-Hours Access -After-hours use is available to members only, subject to availability, and may include an additional fee.
