Membership Overview

• The Collab Studio membership is designed for creators who want consistent access, discounted pricing, and priority benefits.

• Members receive special rates, flexible options, and exclusive perks throughout the year.
   

Monthly Membership Fee

• Membership is $40 per month.

• Billing occurs automatically on the same date each month.

Minimum Commitment

• A three-month minimum commitment is required at sign-up.

• After the initial three months, membership renews on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time; however, cancelling before the required three-month commitment does not remove the remaining payment obligation.

• If you choose to end your membership early, the full three-month term must still be paid in full.

• Membership perks remain active only when the account is current and paid.

• $25 off standard studio rentals for active members.

After-Hours Access

• Ability to book after-hours sessions when available; must be scheduled in advance.

Seasonal Set Rentals

• First access to holiday and seasonal set rentals at member-only pricing.

Exclusive Mini Sessions

• Only members may book studio mini sessions.

Extended Grace Period

• A 15-minute grace period is included after your session for cleanup and transition.

• Invitations to member-only events, early previews, and special promotions.

Workshop Discounts

• Reduced pricing for selected workshops, classes, and educational programs.
