Frequently asked questions
For sessions involving custom sets, large props, creative direction, audio/video staging, or anything outside the standard options listed, please contact the studio prior to booking. We can guide you toward the correct service, the time required, and any applicable fees to ensure a smooth and realistic workflow.
Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late with no penalty. After 15 minutes, the session must be rescheduled based on availability.
Late arrivals do not extend your booking time.
Photo, video, and production sessions require setup and breakdown, and condensed time will limit what can realistically be completed.
Every session includes setup and breakdown within your reserved time.
Here are recommended minimums:
1 person, 2 outfits: 1 hour
1 person, 3–4 outfits: 90 minutes
2–3 people, one outfit each: 1-2 hours
4 people: Minimum of 2 hours
Any production involving audio/video, staging, or multiple sets: Minimum 2 hours
Custom set designs or specialty builds: Contact the studio for guidance
Booking adequate time ensures a smooth session, and higher-quality results.
Mini sessions are reserved exclusively for active The Collab Studio Members. Because minis are short-format sessions with a high volume of people booked back-to-back, we limit access to members only. This helps us manage traffic flow, maintain studio quality, and ensure every client receives a smooth, well-organized experience.
Non-members are welcome to book any full session, but mini sessions are a member-only benefit.
If you want access to minis or seasonal sessions, you can sign up for the membership anytime. Once active, you’ll be able to book all mini session offerings throughout the year.
All content created in The Collab Studio is owned by The Collab Studio unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive full personal and commercial-use rights for delivered content.
If you prefer full copyright transfer or do not want the studio to use any portion of the content in marketing, this may be requested for an additional fee.
Yes. Clients may use the dressing room, but preparation time is included in your scheduled session time. If you require additional time, please reserve a longer session.

Hot tools must be used on the protective heat mat provided.
Nothing may be burned, melted, or pressed directly onto studio furniture, countertops, walls, or decor.
If the dressing room is left excessively dirty or damaged, a cleaning or repair fee may be applied.
The studio must remain safe, professional, and respectful at all times.
The following behavior is not permitted:
