Cancellation Policy

Session Details Each Studio Day session includes a 10-minute portrait experience 3 professionally retouched images are included Image selection is made from a proof gallery provided by The Collab Studio Additional images and prints are available for purchase. Pricing & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking Sessions are not confirmed without payment Prices are non-negotiable and specific to Studio Day offerings Turnaround Time Final edited images will be delivered within 5–7 business days Rush delivery is available as an add-on to this service Turnaround time begins once image selections are submitted Cancellations & Rescheduling Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable No-shows will forfeit the session and payment If The Collab Studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a reschedule or full refund Late Arrivals Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeited session without refund We are unable to extend session times due to the Studio Day schedule Image Editing & Retouching Retouching includes professional color correction, skin refinement, and light detail cleanup The Collab Studio maintains a natural, editorial retouching style Additional or advanced retouching requests may incur an extra fee RAW files are not provided Usage & Licensing Images are delivered with a personal and professional usage license Commercial, advertising, or publication use beyond personal branding may require additional licensing Images may be used by The Collab Studio for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session Studio Expectations Clients are responsible for arriving camera-ready Wardrobe changes are limited due to session length Studio props and furniture are provided at the discretion of The Collab Studio Respect for studio space, staff, and other clients is required at all times Agreement By booking a Studio Day session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Studio Day policies outlined above.
