Studio Rental for Mini Sessions

Cancellation Policy

This rental option is reserved exclusively for active Collab Studio Members. Mini session rentals are structured for high-volume client traffic and require additional studio maintenance, which is why they follow a stricter policy than standard bookings. Booking Requirements -Mini session rentals are hourly only; no partial-hour bookings. -Payment is due at booking. -Members may run up to 4 mini sessions per hour (10 minutes shooting + 5-minute reset). -Your booking includes up to 2 people per mini session. -Additional participants are $10 per person. Arrival & Time Management -Your clients must remain outside until your exact rental start time. -Your hour includes setup, shooting, transitions, and cleanup. -No outfit changes during minis unless multiple hours are booked. -Arriving late does not extend your time. Studio Use & Behavior -Members are responsible for their clients’ behavior while inside the studio. -Only 2 additional non-shooting guests are allowed per booking. -No children allowed unless they are being photographed. -No glitter, powders, confetti, liquids, paint, or messy props. Seasonal sets cannot be rearranged or altered. -All furniture, props, and lighting must be returned to their original position. Cleaning & Damage To avoid a cleaning fee, members must: -Remove all personal items and packaging -Dispose of tags, snack wrappers, and trash -Clean makeup spills or product transfer --Protect surfaces when using hot tools (heat mat required) -Leave the dressing room and shooting space in clean condition -Any damage to studio equipment, props, furniture, backdrops, or decor will be billed to the member. Overtime -Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at minis overtime rates of $65 per 30 minutes. -Any overage, even 1–10 minutes past the hour, will trigger overtime. -Overtime is not guaranteed and depends on room availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling -Mini session rentals follow a 48-hour cancellation policy. -Cancellations under 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or credit. -Time changes must be requested in advance and are based on availability. Health & Safety -Do not arrive sick or bring sick clients into the studio. -The studio reserves the right to refuse service if illness is present. Membership Requirement -An active membership is required to book mini session studio rentals. -If your membership is inactive or canceled, you will not be able to book or keep these bookings. All standard studio policies apply.
