Cancellation Policy

HEALTH & SAFETY – NO SICK CLIENTS OR GUESTS If you or any guest show signs of illness (coughing, fever, etc.), you will be turned away immediately. No exceptions. No refunds. We take health seriously. If you feel unwell, please reschedule in advance to avoid forfeiting your session. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS All sessions must be booked through collabstudiotx.com. Please arrive 15 minutes early for setup. Your session time begins and ends at your scheduled slot. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS 24-hour notice required for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee. No-shows forfeit all fees, including any membership-included sessions. STUDIO USAGE RULES Private bookings only – no public advertisements, open events, or ticketed gatherings. No rebranding or reselling of studio space. Violations may result in immediate termination and restriction from future bookings. GUEST & PARTICIPANT POLICY Base rate includes up to 2 participants per session. Additional guests must be added as a paid add-on at booking. Limit of 2 non-participating guests on site. No children allowed unless actively participating in the production. Group rates apply for 6–20 participants. Groups of 16+ must call to book in advance. DRESSING ROOM Available on a first-come, first-served basis during your rental. Includes vanity, steamer, and seating. Early or extended use may require an additional fee. LIGHTING & GEAR Studio lighting and basic modifiers are included and shared on a first-come basis. Specialty or additional gear requires advance notice and may incur fees. SEAMLESS BACKDROPS Subject to availability. One color included with rental. White and beige backdrops require a $15 fee unless a clear floor mat is used. Additional colors $15 each. Custom colors must be requested at least 14 days in advance and are subject to fees. Personal backdrop rolls are allowed with prior authorization. STUDIO POLICIES Maintain cleanliness and handle all equipment with care. Notify staff immediately if anyone feels unwell or if damage occurs. Damage fees apply for harm to studio property. Sick clients or guests will be turned away with no refund. LIABILITY WAIVER The Collab Studio is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages occurring before, during, or after your session.
