Cancellation Policy

Our production services are designed to provide a smooth, professional experience in-studio or on-location. Please review before booking. Booking & Payment Payment requirements vary by service. Some sessions require payment in full at booking, while others require a deposit to secure the date. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Changes under 48 hours may result in a fee. Cancellations are non-refundable; credits may be offered at our discretion. Weather issues for outdoor shoots may be rescheduled. Arrival & Timing Session time includes setup, shooting, wardrobe changes, and breakdown. Late arrivals do not extend the session. Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments. Crew & Guests Only essential talent and crew should attend. Total attendees must be confirmed in advance. Outside photographers, videographers, or stylists must be approved before the session. Creative Direction Shot lists, scripts, and references should be submitted at least 48 hours prior. Last-minute changes may impact what can be completed. Equipment & Props Special equipment needs must be communicated before booking. Clients must bring their own SD cards unless renting one. Damage to studio property or equipment will be billed. No glitter, confetti, liquids, or messy props. Lighting, Sets & Add-Ons Standard lighting and backdrops are included. Specialty lighting, custom looks, and seasonal sets may incur additional fees. Usage & Deliverables Clients receive personal and commercial-use rights unless specified otherwise. Raw files are not included without purchase. Turnaround is 7–14 business days unless a rush upgrade is selected. Final files are delivered via gallery or shared link. On-Location Travel, parking, permits, and venue fees are the client’s responsibility. Load-in/load-out must be included in the project schedule. Conduct & Safety The studio must be used respectfully. No smoking or alcohol unless approved. Children are not allowed unless they are being photographed and must be supervised at all times. Portfolio Use The Collab Studio may use images, footage, and behind-the-scenes content for portfolio and promotional use unless an NDA is submitted before the session.
