Service Description
The Content Enhancement Service is designed to elevate individuals or businesses' social media presence through structured learning experiences, targeting skills related to content creation, optimization, and growth. The service offers three tiers—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—with each level progressively building on knowledge to empower users with the tools they need to thrive in the ever-changing social media landscape. Each tier requires a minimum booking of three classes (3 hours of instruction per class), but more classes can be added to cover additional topics or provide deeper dives into certain areas. This tier is for those who have a basic understanding of social media but want to refine their content, improve their branding, and grow their audience more effectively. It delves into content planning, improving visual storytelling, and analytics. Class 1: Branding & Visual Aesthetics Goal: Develop a cohesive brand identity and a visually appealing presence. Key Learning Points: How to create a unified aesthetic using colors, fonts, and filters across all content. Customizing profiles with cohesive bios, profile pictures, and story highlights. Using branding tools like Canva or Adobe Express to create branded templates. Introduction to visual storytelling: How to tell a story through your feed and posts. Class 2: Content Planning & Strategy Goal: Learn how to strategically plan content for consistency and effectiveness. Key Learning Points: Creating a content calendar: What to post, when, and why. Balancing content types: user-generated content, educational posts, personal stories, and promotional content. Understanding hashtags, when and how to use them effectively. Introduction to cross-posting: How to tailor content for different platforms while maintaining a unified message. Class 3: Intermediate Engagement & Analytics Goal: Dive deeper into engagement techniques and analyze performance metrics to improve. Key Learning Points: Running and analyzing polls, contests, and giveaways. Advanced use of Instagram and Facebook stories (stickers, music, questions, quizzes). How to analyze post-performance using in-depth metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, saves). Adjusting content strategy based on analytics.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Reservations: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website's booking system. We recommend arriving at the studio at least 15 minutes before your session to ensure adequate setup time. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. No-shows forfeit the registration fee and any complimentary print. Studio Rental Usage Policy: To ensure the privacy and exclusivity of The Collab Studio, we have established the following guidelines for studio rentals: No Public Advertisements or Open Invitations: Clients may not advertise studio rentals publicly, including but not limited to public ads, social media announcements, or public event solicitations. Private Bookings Only: Rentals are intended for private use. Clients may invite pre-approved guests or collaborators, but events open to the public or broadly advertised gatherings are prohibited. No Re-Branding or Re-Selling of Studio Space: Renting the studio for reselling or rebranding as another location (e.g., promotional photos or videos implying client ownership) is strictly prohibited. Violation Penalties: Violations may result in immediate termination of rental, forfeiture of fees, and potential restrictions on future bookings. Studio Policies: The studio maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. Notify us immediately if you or your guests feel unwell; rescheduling is allowed. Clients or guests causing damage to studio property may incur fees. Guest and Participant Policy: Guest Limit: A strict limit of 2 guests not actively participating in the shoot. No Children Policy: Children not participating in the shoot are not permitted in the studio. Participant Limits: Base rate includes up to 5 participants. Group rates apply for 6 to 20 participants, with pricing varying based on group size. Liability Waiver: The Collab Studio is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after your session. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children. By attending, you waive claims of liability against The Collab Studio and its employees. Rights and Usage: The studio may take and use images or videos for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing. By booking the studio, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
