Step into a dreamy, romantic setting with our Floral Opulence set—a beautifully styled space designed for timeless and elegant portraits. Featuring classic white wainscoting walls, an ornate tufted couch, and lush floral arrangements in soft, vibrant hues, this set exudes sophistication and charm. Perfect for bridal, maternity, fashion, branding, and lifestyle sessions, this space offers a refined yet whimsical backdrop to bring your vision to life. Whether you're capturing solo portraits or intimate moments, Floral Opulence provides the perfect blend of elegance and artistry. Mini Session Set Rental Policy Update: •Max of 5 groups per day to allow proper buffer time between sessions. •Only one group is allowed inside the studio at a time. •All other groups must arrive at their scheduled time and wait until the previous group has exited before entering. •Groups are limited to 3 people max. For parties larger than 3, we suggest booking a private set rental to better accommodate your group and ensure a comfortable experience
Cancellation Policy
🚨 HEALTH & SAFETY – NO SICK CLIENTS OR GUESTS 🚨 IF YOU OR ANY GUEST SHOW SIGNS OF ILLNESS (COUGHING, FEVER, ETC.), YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY IMMEDIATELY. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS. We take health seriously. If you feel unwell, RESCHEDULE IN ADVANCE to avoid forfeiting your session. 📅 BOOKING & RESERVATIONS Book through collabstudiotx.com. Please arrive 15 MINUTES EARLY to set up. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS -24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED for cancellations or reschedules. -Late cancellations may incur a $25 FEE. -NO-SHOWS FORFEIT ALL FEES. 📌 STUDIO USAGE RULES -PRIVATE BOOKINGS ONLY – NO PUBLIC ADS OR EVENTS. -NO REBRANDING OR RESELLING studio space. -Violations may result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION and future bans. 👥 GUEST & PARTICIPANT POLICY -STRICT LIMIT: 2 NON-PARTICIPATING GUESTS. -NO CHILDREN unless actively participating. -Base rate includes 1 PARTICIPANT. -Group rates apply for 3–20 PARTICIPANTS. -16+ PARTICIPANTS MUST CALL TO BOOK. 👗 DRESSING ROOM -Available FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED during your rental. Includes vanity, steamer, and seating. Early/extended use may require a fee. 💡 LIGHTING & GEAR -Included and FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. -Basic modifiers available. Specialty gear requires ADVANCE NOTICE & FEES. 🎨 SEAMLESS BACKDROPS -Subject to availability. -WHITE & BEIGE BACKDROPS REQUIRE A FEE unless a CLEAR MAT is used. -Adding a SECOND BACKDROP requires an additional fee. -Custom colors must be requested at least 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE, with fees applied. -Personal rolls are allowed with prior authorization. ⚠️ STUDIO POLICIES -Maintain cleanliness.
