Featuring a sleek accent wall, and curated décor, this space is perfect for lifestyle shoots, content creation, interviews, casual branding sessions, and more. ✨ Perfect For: -Lifestyle photography -Branded content and promos -Interview setups -Small video productions -Podcast recordings with style -Social media content creation ✨ What’s Included: -Private Studio Rental -*Professional studio lighting and modifiers -*Multiple seamless backdrop options -*Access to our dressing room and lounge area -Bluetooth sound system to set your vibe -Complimentary snacks and refreshments for participants of your shoot -On-site staff support for setup assistance 📸 Ideal For: -Solo creators or influencers -Group photoshoots (up to 15 people) -Small video productions -Podcasts and interviews -Brand content days *🎨 Seamless Backdrops -Our seamless paper backdrops are available in a variety of popular colors and are subject to availability. -White and beige rolls require an additional usage fee unless a clear mat is used to protect the paper. -Adding a second backdrop to your setup will also require an additional fee. -For special color requests, please provide at least 14 days’ notice, and additional charges may apply. 👗 Dressing Room -Use of our dressing room is first come, first served and shared with other active bookings. -Includes a lighted vanity, garment rack, steamer, and seating. -Access is available during your reserved studio time only. -Early arrival or extended dressing room time can be added to your booking (if available) for an additional fee. Studio lighting and modifiers are available for use and included with your rental, but are first come, first served and shared among active bookings. We provide a variety of professional lighting options, including continuous lights and flash. Basic modifiers (such as softboxes, umbrellas, and reflectors) are included. Specialty lighting setups and premium modifiers (such as beauty dishes, gels, or additional light heads) may require an additional fee and advance notice.

We take health seriously. If you feel unwell, RESCHEDULE IN ADVANCE to avoid forfeiting your session. 📅 BOOKING & RESERVATIONS Book through collabstudiotx.com. Please arrive 15 MINUTES EARLY to set up. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS -24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED for cancellations or reschedules. -Late cancellations may incur a $25 FEE. -NO-SHOWS FORFEIT ALL FEES. 📌 STUDIO USAGE RULES -PRIVATE BOOKINGS ONLY – NO PUBLIC ADS OR EVENTS. -NO REBRANDING OR RESELLING studio space. -Violations may result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION and future bans. 👥 GUEST & PARTICIPANT POLICY -STRICT LIMIT: 2 NON-PARTICIPATING GUESTS. -NO CHILDREN unless actively participating. -Base rate includes 1 PARTICIPANT. -Group rates apply for 3–20 PARTICIPANTS. -16+ PARTICIPANTS MUST CALL TO BOOK. 👗 DRESSING ROOM -Available FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED during your rental.
