Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Mini Sessions at The Collab Studio By booking a mini session with The Collab Studio, you agree to the following terms: Booking and Payment: A $25 payment in full is required to secure your session, the remaining $25 will be charged to the card on file at the time of the shoot. If unable to attend, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your session for a refund. Session Details: Sessions are 15 minutes. Arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your session begins on time. Client must arrive fully dressed, including completed hair and makeup if needed. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session or cancellation without a refund. Only 2 additional guests (not being photographed) are allowed in the studio. Props and sets provided by The Collab Studio are included. Deliverables: 3 Retouched High resolution digital images. Deliverables will be provided within 3-7 business days after favorites selection. Additional images and prints available for purchase. Link will be provided when we provide you your gallery link. Studio Policies: The studio maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. Notify us immediately if you or guests feel unwell; rescheduling is allowed. Damages caused by clients or guests to studio property may incur fees. Liability Waiver: The Collab Studio is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after your session. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children. By attending, you waive claims of liability against The Collab Studio and its employees. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling is allowed once with 24 hours' notice, within the promotion period. No-shows forfeit the registration fee and complimentary print. Rights and Usage: The studio may use images for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing. Purchased photos are for personal use only; commercial use requires prior approval.
