Cancellation Policy

-Booking & Payments: A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding. Dates are first-come, first-served and cannot be held without a retainer. -Cancellations & Rescheduling: In case of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. Reschedules are allowed once within 6 months, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply if travel or seasonal rates increase. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit all payments made. -Travel: Travel within Beaumont city limits is included. A $50 travel fee applies for events within 50 miles. For further distances or overnight travel, accommodations and mileage fees will be discussed and invoiced separately. -Coverage & Conduct: Coverage includes continuous shooting time as outlined in your selected package. Breaks may be taken during non-essential moments. Please inform guests to avoid obstructing views during key moments. -Editing & Delivery: Final edited images are delivered within 6–8 weeks in a private online gallery. Rush delivery (within 7 business days) is available as an add-on. RAW files are not provided. Print-ready high-res JPGs are included. -Deliverables: You will receive the number of edited images stated in your package. Images are suitable for personal use, printing, and sharing. Custom albums and prints must be approved prior to production; album upgrades available. -Copyright & Usage: The photographer retains copyright on all images. Clients receive personal usage rights. The studio may use select images for portfolio, website, or social media unless a written opt-out is submitted. -Force Majeure: In the event of emergencies, illness, or acts of God, every effort will be made to find a replacement photographer. If none is available, a full refund will be issued. -Signed Agreement Requirement: A signed service agreement is required to secure any wedding package. The agreement outlines the scope of services, payment terms, and client responsibilities. No services will be rendered without a completed and signed contract.
